great stay but room needed better cooling
The decor in the Petit Patio Suite was classy and exactly as shown in the photos. Breakfast was enjoyable, served in a stunning courtyard that felt serene. The staff were attentive and quick to assist, providing excellent local advice and ensuring I was well taken care of.
The cooling in the room could have been more effective, making the stay less comfortable at times.

missingWrote a review on 04 Augambianceinadequate air conditioningunderstaffed staff
Wonderful ambiance and decor throughout the hotel.
The air conditioning in our room was inadequate, barely keeping it cool, even though it was set to the lowest temperature. Additionally, we found the staff severely understaffed, with only two people trying to manage the needs of many guests. It was frustrating having to go downstairs for basic amenities like hot water and drinks, which made the stay feel inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Perfect oasis in the hustle
Staying here was awesome! The indoor garden and pool area were perfect for lounging. The staff were super sweet, especially with organizing our activities. Plus, the huge rooms are beautiful! Just wish the Wi-Fi was better since we had some connectivity issues while planning. Overall, a chill spot to relax after exploring Marrakech.
